Note that YASPA in NOT a registered charity with DGR (Deductible Gift Recipient) status. It is an incorporated not-for-profit organisation.

HOW TO INCLUDE YASPA IN YOUR WILL - It is recommended that you consult a solicitor or estate planner to ensure that your Will meets all legal requirements and reflects your overall intentions. All wording should be clear and leave no ambiguity for the executor. Below is an example of how a bequest to YASPA may look:

“I give (insert dollar amount/percentage of my estate) to YASPA Inc, (ABN 14 979 791 694), or its successor organisation, for its general purposes. I declare that the receipt of the Treasurer, or other authorised officer of the organisation shall be a full and sufficient discharge to the Executor(s) for the gift.”
